Hadi has more than 30 years of experience in many functions of Engineering, Quality Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources, and Leadership Development. As a professional in human resources, he started his career as Systems Development Manager in 1986.  He then went through many roles in HR, Personnel and Industrial Relations Manager, Training Manager, Recruitment & Development Manager, HR Business Partner, and in KPMG, as Director for Human Resource and HR-Consulting division. Hadi has abundant experience in leading Human Resource projects, such as facilitating business-strategy formulation and deployment, translating business strategy into key-HR initiatives, developing Learning Centre with Accelerated-Learning concept, developing HRIS, Executive HR Services,  implementing competency into HR practices in hiring, performance management & employee development. Hadi spent his entire professional career in the service industry, 8 years in building contractors, 12 years in banking and 10 years in management consulting prior to founding FIDES. Starting 2002, Hadi co-founded an HR consulting services and developed several new approaches for aligning HR with Business strategy, designing strategic job analysis, competency-profiling and introducing business-management-competency, designing organisation architecture and structure, developing effective Talent excellence process and several leadership trainings.
