Johana was professionally developed since she started her career as HR Management Trainee in Astra (1983) until she was promoted as Director in Toyota (2002 - 2011). She ended her employment with Astra group by taking an early retirement to start FIDES. Johana always focuses on delivering high achievements, as demonstrated in various roles, such as Compensation Manager, HR in-charge for improving HR systems in Astra Affiliates, HR Project Leader for Merger for Toyota, and in another special occasions, Toyota Projects for Splitting and Restructuring process.She also successfully implemented Career & Succession Management programs, starting in HR Division, then to the whole organisation. By involving Top Management and Line Managers, Johana implemented a competency-based HR approach, nurtured 100% “Leaders-from-within” which are younger and capable future leaders for Toyota, and turned HR Team as Strategic Business Partner. Besides having lead HR Division, she had also experiences in leading operational divisions (Production Engineering, Corporate Planning, IT, Safety, Health & Environment, Packing & Vanning for Toyota Manufacturing).
